dubai is one of the richest countries in the world...it will attract only the rich! people build islands when they are bored.oil tycoons from the middle east who have everlasting pockets of money....to bad it wasnt pbf & pac there....tickets would be in the thousands just for a crappy seat.the philipenes is full of broke peasants...it makes no sense to fight there

The Philippines is a desperately poor country. They are not in a position to stage a fight of that magnitude now.

The situation is very different from 'The Thrilla in Manila' days.
