I am pretty sure Roach saw Marg's last fight, and realize that without his wraps, Marg is not able to beat Pac. Roach knows Marg does not have anything left, and that he is back to being the guy with I believe six loses before the plaster. It is a win win situation for Pac, and Roach is taking advantage of it.
