What does that say about boxing if you give a proven cheater the opportunity to fight Pacquiao? Why does he deserve it?I could understand if this cheater got back in the ring with Cotto. First, most pac tards seriously cripple Pac's PPV buys because whenever someone orders the fight, they invite 100+ other filipinos to watch in their cramped living room.
