GREEN & WARD SPAR 3,000 MILES APART

Oakland, CA- One of the few telling things that came out of the press conference at the Oracle Arena announcing World & WBA 168 lb. champion Andre Ward’s June 19th title defense against once beaten Allan Green, was that Green was in Miami on a closed circuit TV feed. “I’m not breaking up my training for a press conference.”

GREEN GIVES OAKLAND CROWD THE FINGER!

Outside of Green flashing the people in Oakland the bird, this when he was asked about one of his fingers that was taped up, the most significant thing to come out of a Goossen-Tutor PR affair, both fighters both agreed to taking Olympic style testing for performance enhancing drugs.

WARD FEELS LIKE MAYWEATHER ON ISSUE

When I asked, what about Olympic style drug testing, Ward said, “I’m all for it.” Green was asked if we would agree to testing that includes blood and urine testing, he didn’t have a problem with it at all.

Their fight wasn't as public as the Mayweather one, they don't have to disclose anything unless someone failed the test. If they didn't take it, then the Sauerland Promtions example that I posted will suffice.

Go back and jerk off to Mike Tyson tapes and any other blood & guts fighter, me, I appreciate a little bit of everything, which is what a true boxing fan is.

Defensive fighters, offensive fighters, the aggressive ones, fighters who have no punching power but manage to win with their skill etc,. You clearly are a one-dimensional fight fan.
Ya it's an epidemic. Everybody is doing it now.

This is the new era of defensive boxing. Ward. Direll. Adamek. Dawson. Vlad. LOL @ this joke.

Boxing's dead if this keeps up.

the point is it's easier to shell up and defend then it is to risk it all and go for broke.

That's why Tyson will ALWAYS be more upheld in history than all your defensive boring fighters.

Nobody knows who pernell is outside of boxing enthusiasts..... most of whom have never sat through an entire fight of his. You know it's going to decision. What's the point.

Same sentiment will fall on Floyd after he's done. And he'll have the "Ducker", "Coward" slapped on his name as well.
