Does this mean that everyone that defended Pac and ALL the different excuses ("Blood" weakening", "Needles", "drug testing", "superstition", "Floyd doesn't make the rules", "Pac doesn't bend for anyone", Etc)were wrong and those excuses mean nothing?
Pacquaio was already conceding by allowing any testing not required by the commission. That was more than enough to get this fight made, if Mayweather really wanted it. Pacquiao isn't as desperate for a big fight like Mosley was. If it wasn't the drug tests, it would be the money. Just be honest and admit that Mayweather never wanted this fight.

            AGAIN.
When Floyd made concessions for almost every demand he was Afraid and didnt want to fight. When Pac "makes concessions" again Floyd is scared and dont want it.

I am acting as a juror. I seek opinions and testimony so that I may come to a conclusion based on the best case presented.

It was Floyd's demands that killed the fight the first time. When Pacquiao was ready to concede to them, Floyd was non responsive. Go ahead and keep spinning it. The majority see this for what it really is.

Floyds "demands" the last time favored everything Pac wanted with the exception of the ONE drug testing demand. You keep spinning it.
