So what's his solution then? don't ever face California and never get licensed to fight again in the US? I don't know if he or his advisors think this is a wise move, and pray that he could land a big fight in other countries like Mexico where they don't care whether he is suspended to fight on US soil? or just fight bums in Mexico for the rest of his career. He could go to get licensed in Texas. Or try again in Nevada. I wouldn't fight in CA in the first place, but especially after how they treated him.

There is nothing in Margarito's arsenal that could trouble Pacquiao. And on top of that, he didn't look impressive against Garcia. What does Margarito have left after all the punishment he has taken in his career? This is a guy with no regard for defense, to me, Mosley took everything Margarito had left. I see no point man...

Probably because of the way they screwed him the first time around.

But also because he's not interested in fighting there. The commissions aren't monolithic. Every state commission is independent, so if he doesn't wanna fight in CA, he can avoid it altogether.

One of the commission members made this point clear when he went before the NSAC.

margachito did not get screwed by the CSAC. He attempted to assault another fighter. He is either ******, arrogant and irresponsible or he is attempting to pay us for fools.

He contradicted himself several times at the NSAC hearing, has repeatedly violated the spirit of the punishment he received (far, FAR, FAR too little in my opinion) by petitioning the other commissions to grant him a license and he also fought in Mexico while still on suspension. Yes, he is still suspended because he does not have a license even though the minimum year had expired by the time he took the fight.

Manny won't clinch because he has the legs to move the whole fight. He will jump in, explode, jump out and turn before Tony knows what happened.

It was a witchhunt and they screwed him over badly. When the tests came back, guess what?
