But also because he's not interested in fighting there. The commissions aren't monolithic. Every state commission is independent, so if he doesn't wanna fight in CA, he can avoid it altogether.

One of the commission members made this point clear when he went before the NSAC.

So what's his solution then? don't ever face California and never get licensed to fight again in the US? I don't know if he or his advisors think this is a wise move, and pray that he could land a big fight in other countries like Mexico where they don't care whether he is suspended to fight on US soil? or just fight bums in Mexico for the rest of his career. I don't know man, this just irks me that's all.

There is nothing in Margarito's arsenal that could trouble Pacquiao. And on top of that, he didn't look impressive against Garcia. What does Margarito have left after all the punishment he has taken in his career? This is a guy with no regard for defense, to me, Mosley took everything Margarito had left. I see no point man...
