If what Bob and Ross saying were true (I know Bob is 1 liar but I see Ross trying desperately to make this fight), the fight was agreed upon by Al Haymon and Arum. Meaning it couldn't have been 50/50 bcoz Mayweathers raised that issue before the start of said nego. IMO its about 52/48 for May but will be announced at 50/50 to the public. And 14 day cutoff will implement to make up for the edge on the purse. That's how you make negotiations, but still Mayweather has the last throw so He says He won't to fight, then the reason is well beyond the contract (not saying he is afraid or anything)..

Doesn't matter if Arum was lying or not because Floyd doesn't want
to fight Manny at this time. Hopefully he does but if he doesn't that
would be extremely lame to look back 20 years from now to see that
the fight never happen because it was being negotiated by ego
driven individuals on both sides.

From a business perspective, you have to think like Floyd to know why he did what he did. Keep hating, talking ****, convincing yourselves he's scared because none of it will mean a thing when the fight gets signed and the fight is over. That's when it will matter and i'm content knowing that I will be on the side that will be saying
"I TOLD YOU SO!"
from a business stand point what floyd is doing is making a bad decision.
you telling me he is gonna take another year off and then fight pacman with ringrust and at near 35 years old?
no he wont, he will take another cake walk fight just like jmm but THIS TIME NO ONE WILL BE BUYING HIS **** and then he will have his back to the wall when it comes to money and negotiations with pac, who may fight another 2-3 times by then
so this is not a smart business and especially ATHLETIC decision for a guy who will be nearing what 35 years old who relies on FAST TWITCH MUSCLE FIBERS to support his boxing skills..
i honestly think floyd retires and doesnt fight again.
round two against mosley shook floyds confidence

round two against mosley shook floyds confidence
being the aggressor so he pretty much showed what he
is made of. I do agree with you that it was/Is a bad decision
not to fight PAC this year. Would have been great to come
off a big win against Mosley and then fight Pac BUT hey! That's
me being a fan but Boxing as a sport has become too greedy.
Meaning promoters, boxers, etc...... too many people in the
sport looking to cash in. I do not agree to how Manny handled
the negotiations the first time and Floyd this time. Both
were and are lame approaches. By Pac/FLoyd not interested
in fighting the best and making big $'s doing it, sent a message
to all the up and comers that they could do it too and it is
really sad how guys like Berto, Bradley, Williams and Kahn
are talking like big shots but still can't show it in every aspect.
Floyd, I am let down by this decision but hey! a man going to
do what he needs to do BUT if Manny and Floyd don't give
a $#!t about fighting top guys then neither do I about them
fighting.
