    maybe...
but when it's supported by comments from DLH, Schaefer, and Ross Greenburg, then not so much..

also, Floyd Sr. has just said in an interview (fighthype.com/pages/content8021.html) "don't ask for the same amount of money because you don't deserve it." and he also called Pacman a bunch of names that reminded me of his son here..(******, *****, little girl, and a little sissy)

point is,, there won't be any asking if there wasn't any talking..

look, nobody likes Arum, but facts are facts, it looks like he's the one telling the truth this time..

The deadline is approaching and he's saying "hey guys what's up, are you going to sign or give me a counter offer". The deadline passes and all of a sudden Ellerbe is stating that there wasn't any negotiations... WTF??

Floyd didn't want the fight but he didn't let anyone know till now, this is hardly Bob's fault.
      When did he do that?

        Fine, an offer.

So he presented an offer to Greenburg, right? To...tell Al Haymon?

          What were the terms?

I have no idea, to my knowledge they were not made public.

So, in essence, the terms could've been a 70-30 split for Pac and no OST.

Yes it's possible... but highly improbable, Arum maybe a lot of things but he's not an idiot. Also, if the stipulations were outrageous than Floyd's camp would have said something by now. The fact is though that Floyd did not want the fight so instead of counter offering he let the deadline pass and took a vacation.

Would it be highly probable that Pac simply asked for a 14 day cutoff?

Yes and 50-50 split is what was probably asked.
