Tyson seems cool these days.

He was asked the question a few days ago on whether he would like to be a promoter and Mike said something like, I paraphrase..

"they only steal money from boxers, you only become a great promoter if you steal money from the fighters, why would I wanna do that."

He's right though.

He went on a tour around England not so long ago and I got a VIP ticket for when he came to Blackpool, he looks great and is doing well from what he told us anyway.

I think he mentioned being a vegan these days. The change in his diet shows.

It definitely makes you thinner. Which is why I think some celebs and models really do it more so than them having feelings towards what is right and wrong about killing animals.

I remember hearing Mary lou Henner, celeb, say something about meat makes your neck and lower jaw look thicker. Dairy makes your cheeks puff. something like that. So you can tell who eats what.


At this stage of his life, he needs to eat healthier for sure. He was obese and I wouldn't be surprised if a doctor told him to take it off immediately and the suggestion of becoming a vegan, at least during the diet phase, was suggested.

The problem though with taking weight off to fast and with dieting, I found, is that you lose muscle and strength faster than a slower diet and training regimen.
