We should just call this forum Non-Stop not boxing because I've never seen so many posts about a fight that isn't going to happen this year.

Whoever said whatever who cares anymore?

I mean we don't have a fight now.

    Are people happy about that?

I was hoping to see these guys do battle this year.

I don't give a **** who's right or wrong, who's lying or telling the truth, I am just a disappointed fan that they couldn't make this fight.

        Reeno,

Why have you conveniently omitted that Rich Schaefer immediately said that he "didn't know what Oscar was talking about". He didn't say "Oscar was wrong, negotians are not close".

He said he had to ask Oscar what Oscar was talking about.

However, GBP CEO Richard Schaefer said in a report by FanHouse.com on Friday, that De la Hoya was merely misquoted.

“I spoke to Oscar and I wanted to know where that came from and he said that he was misquoted,” said Schaefer.

“I saw those quotes as well, and I had no idea what Oscar was talking about. And I called him up and asked him about them,” he added.

lol @ "misquoted" fuck Schafer lying ass too...

And, didn't your sorry ass make a thread 2 days ago that YOU said YOU had an INSIDE SOURCE. Since yo do business in boxing. That your source said they were some kind of back and forth between the two sides. You went to bat for your source...

So who is lying here? You and source or Ellerbe?

Going by you there are huge holes in Ellerbe Statement right?

Mayweather dont need to fight right now he's not hurtin for money like Pacquiao is. Pacquiao makes a lot but he has to give most of it up to Arum and Sanctioning fees for his belt and his entourage. Mayweather keeps a good majority of his money so it's obvious why team pac wants this fight sooo bad. And its not because of the fans. Because the fans don't want Cotto II or Margarito. Just relax if the fight happens it happens if it don't it don't. LIFE GOES ON!!! For some people at least.

If Mayweather is so great at managing his money then why did he owe the IRS millions? Ha ha ha. We all know he came out of retirement because he was broke. "Money" turned down 40 million plus to fight Pac. Lmfao you Floyd Fanboys have me in tears laughing.
