Bottom line is this.. Floyd just doesnt want the fight. He knows that it can be made but decided to sit it out and let the clock roll by.. Now they defend that their were no negotiations. Everyone's upset that mayweather never responded, fights off. Floyd goes on record saying he's not interested in boxing or pacuqiao right now, is on vacation etc. Next thing you know here comes leonard saying there was no negotiations.
