Good fight prefer the Martinez - Williams fight but I can't complain of a Martinez-Angulo fight, My guess is Martinez starts outboxing Angulo wins the first 6 rounds easily, gives away or makes the 7-9 rounds close and finishes the championship rounds strong. Winning a 118-110 decision.

Agreed. Sergio has had a good look at P-Will, he is the better fighter, and he will make the better adjustments. Williams dont want none.

          I still favor Sergio.

But I don't think its gonna be easy.
The word "improving" is the problem.

If you are not a finished product, then you should not enter the ring with Martinez.

Shaw likes to trash other promoters but he is just like them.

Lets not forget that he refuse to make a Donaire-Darchinyan rematch. Lets not forget if it wasn't for Rafa warriorness we would be having Marquez-Darchinyan instead of Marquez-Lopez.
All promoters have done **** to hurt boxing, but Shaw is 1 of the top promoters with the best reputations for not protecting his fighters.

Shaw prevented the fight from happening before, but Darchinyan and his camp were the ones that put the kibosh on the negotiations when the rematch with Donaire was close to getting done. And it was Darchinyan who really has been wanting the Marquez fight for the longest.

Dawson is going to be fighting Pascal in Montreal and he'll have fought top 5 Lt. Heavyweights in his last 5 fights.

Dirrell entered the Super 6 with the least amount of fights and just now has 20.

Bradley went over to England to fight then #1 Witter and has had a pretty rough schedule ever since.

Funeka..... Darchinyan (except for the Donaire rematch he has fought everyone).....

And honestly, I'm asking, so if I'm wrong let me know by all means. I just thought Martinez was the one who said he wanted to move on and fight Pavlik, so PDub went and fought Kermit, that ring-jumping ****in lamer.

Either way, it's a rematch that should happen.
No, remember Martinez jumped in and took the fight short notice against Williams when Pavlik-Williams fell through. After Pavlik fought in December, the same deal was sitting on the table for PW, but they wanted 50-50 this time around. Pavlik's team balked, so Martinez got the nod and the fight was made.

I see it this way too. Anyway, props to Martinez for taking on fan-favored fights.

That is an interesting fight since it does not seem like Williams and Martinez will fight right now that is a good fight for Martinez in the mean time.

easy fight for Sergio I would rather Angulo fight Cotto to be honest if Cotto wants to be a legit 154 boxer

Angulo will knock Martinez out. I have no doubt about that. Sergio gets really sloppy in the middle rounds. Martinez will start off strong but Angulo's pressure will start paying dividends in the middle rounds when Martinez starts to fatigue. It'll probably look like Cotto-Margarito.

Come on Angulo? He got schooled badly by Cintron. Come on people, CINTRON of all people, schooled Angulo.

How about Dzinzuruk? HE called Martinez out. How about Defending your title vs Felix Sturm at 160?

Even a semi-green Martirosyan would be better than Angulo.

This is an ultra easy fight for Martinez.
