I agree with you becaues the fact that Shaw said they'll only fight him at 154 makes me think he doesnt want that fgiht, its Angulo who struggles to make 154 not Martinez n Martinez would have the lineal MW title on the line at 160 so it makes no sense coming from Shaw. But then again Arum would never put Cotto in their with Angulo, they already have a plan for Manny to beat Margarito then rematch Cotto so dont expect any tough fights for Cotto unless its another TR fighter

Yes he does, he never missed weight but neither did Cotto at 140 n that didn't mean he wasn't struggling. When you have a nutritionist and you still have to cut 13-14 lbs to make ur weight its not natural. According to them making weight for Joel Julio fight took a lot out of them n it was a very difficult cut. He's had some less than best preformances due to his weight, diff is some ppl dont bother to drop the extra pounds while some kill themselves to make the weight out of respect n honor

The only reason why I would like Martinez vs Angulo for the WBC 154 lbs title (and the Alcine-Angulo fight was actually a WBC title eliminator) is that I don't wanna see Margarito get a chance at getting a title when he's already receiving a big payday.

well your right but he could have looked better and yeah apparently he did struggle with weight against Cintron but I didn't mention that because he was also suffering from H1N1 lol thats probably the bigger issue

Sergio is all that is great about boxing, Floyd and to a lesser extent Pac are most that is bad.

I love how everyone jumps on Angulo's sac after his 4-0 since Cintron made him look like an amateur and Julio circled on him and lasted almost the whole fight.

Angulo is what he is, he won't be fighting for Sergio's WBS belt, just like he wouldn't fight for Dzindurek's WBO belt when he was the WBO interim titleist.
