I hope Vitali manages to secure some really huge-money fights, just so that he'll stay and fight a few more years. I don't want him to go yet!

The potential paydays of Valuev, Adamek and Haye could possibly see him into 2011 or 2012. No way could he walk away from those, no matter how much he wants to relax and enjoy a timely retirement.

Well, you really have to give them Klits credit, but im still happy when they are gone. Vitali will retire 2011, i doubt he will fight as a 40 year old. And he already said he dont want to beat Foremans record. Wlad will propably retire in 2012, not because he will be shot but because he gets tired and bored of boxing.

Happy birthday and cong**** on a storied career Vitali.

Who would have though back in the 90's that in ten years the US president would be Black and the Heavyweight Champions white?

He also has the best ring entrace in boxing.

check your facts beotch... his comeback WAS UNHEARD of. That **** broke records. The amount of time from when Vitaly returned to when he came back and won a title was a record breaker - no one boxer in ANY weight division have ever taken 4 years off, came back, fought for a title, and won. George Foreman has the highest age record, but Vitaly has the longest time off record.

Gomez was a world beater by the way - 4 time CW champ. Peter was also HW champ. Once again, check your facts.

Happy B-Day Vitaly!!!! May you give us more great fights in 2010-2011.

Urgh. You're just embarrassing yourself and this forum.

Anyway, happy birthday to Vitali. The guy is a true beast. After his comeback his five opponents have a combined record of 168-5-(2) and two were undefeated.

Did he even loose a round in those five fights? Very impressive indeed but I'm in agreement with whoever said Big George's accomplishment was great as well. A decade really was something.

I wonder how long Haye will duck Vitali/Wlad for?

39 candles.. he should celebrate by getting his 39th knockout asap.

Solis or Briggs would be a good birthday gift for Klitali.
