No, George Foreman was only off for ONE year before he KOed the Teddy Atlas fighter Moorer.

He lost to Tommy Morrison (who wasn't all that good) the previous year.

He lost to Holyfield two years before that.

Foreman was not a dominant champion in the 90s. He never fought the top HWs in the division like Tyson, Lewis and Bowe. He was gifted against Shultz and Savarese, before Briggs was given a gift decision over him.

Difference is that those guys in the 90's were better than todays heavies.
