    It's *******'s time.
The way I look at it is, Manny IMO was to blame last time, Floyd this time. But I am not gonna cry about it, im pissed I really am... but at least we know whats happening.

If in the first negotition Pac had said "I don't want to rush anything, I'm spending time with my family" that would have been acceptable, or even "I'm not going to bend to Mayweather will, i abide by the commission" that would have been very respectable.

Unfotunately what he and his team did was switch possition several times, and came up with excuse after excuse as to why the wouldn't agree to the testing.

Do I blame Mayweather for this fight not happening? absolutely.

Do I think his reason is bull**** or excuses? No. the only word we ever heard from Mayweather was him saying he wasn't in a rush and he was spending time with his family.

that's just my opinion, take it or leave it.

But things have changed since then, seriously... he fought Mosley since then and cashed in, maybe he wanted to fight Manny then take a break but when fighting Mosley instead he decided to take a break after that.

I do agree though, he could of made a public statement saying hes on vacation after the fight to let us know whats up and taking a vacation isn't much of an excuse... its just I don't think these guys are scared of each other at all.

Yeah, but probably not nearly as much. If Pacquiao had a similar situation with an ill father and his trainer/uncle having legal troubles, then I believe that he would be receiving a lot more compassion and be given a lot more latitude in terms of commitments...but he'd still be receiving some hate, I am sure.

Truthfully....more like Arum's because he really wanted it to happen in the Dallas Stadium. (He must have given his word to some bigwigs) He wasn't eager to get Mayweather a deal.....but now we know why Floyd insisted on one demand to another. Even if Pac had agreed before......I believe Floyd would look for another demand.

I disagree... I honestly think its either the Roger issue or he basically wanted the Manny fight until it fell through and after cashing in against Mosley he earned enough money that year to not being bothered in rushing into anything, hes basically cashed in enough to stall on whatever he wants because he doensn't need money... it isn't an excuse cause its sticking his fingers up to the fans but I don't think hes scared... Floyds ego is way too big for him to be scared. I just don't think hes interested in Boxing as much as he used to, the talent it there but if hes earned enough that year he will think twice about fighting again cause he probably just isn't that bothered. Thats what I think so far.

And just to clear another thing up, we still don't know what was in that contract, Floyd in that article only talked about Boxing and didn't even mention Pacquiao... all it said was that Floyd didn't mention the contract so we don't even know what terms were agreed too... which I am still interested to know just for the sake of it.
