The difference is, Pacman said he was going to fight and fought. He has laid out his plan to fight and who he wants to fight and then retire.

Pac has never said he wants to fight someone and then go back on it. He's ready to make this fight happen with Mayweather, it is now in Mayweather's court if he wants this.

I just can't make anymore excuses for Mayweather, there is no reason for him not to take this fight. I just think he's being as ******* and making the world wait because he just "feels" like it......no other reason.
