    Chavez jr

Am ithe only one that see's ALOT of potential in this kid?

I reckon he's a great technical boxer, uses good, orthodox punches and apparently hits pretty ***** hard.
I reckon he could be better than his pop.

    Thoughts?

So far all he has proved is that he has offensive tools.
We know nothing about his heart, chin or defensive skills.
Although I think the kid will not lack any heart we have yet to see him getting roughed up by some fighter that actually knows what he is doing in the ring. I do see him winning a championship in the future but to surpass what JCC sr. has done isnt a consideration.

Damn...You hit the nail right on the head. There's too many people placing him on a higher pedestal than he should be at this point because of his fathers legacy. He does have potential but, until he starts showing all of the above I won't make an assessment.

"Greatest" Whats your ametuer record? You seem to talk a lot of ****, are you trying to go pro? If you are this is not the way to do it, all **** talking gets you is your ass beat.

But on the other hand I think the kid has a lot of potential and it appears to me that he will fight anybody that his promoter is putting in front of him, even if those fighters are bad, he has shown that he can distroy them so a fight with some one a little more conpetitive wouldnt be a bad idea. I think he will be a great champion one day if he keeps his dad and his dads corner by his side.

The kid has 20 wins they should atleast put him in with someone who has a heart beat.

He has fought fighters with victories, just like Cotto has fought fighters with victories but hasnt fought anybody worthy for any one to say that he is the next best thing.

Ya, I do talk a lot of ****, why?

Strictly because this is the internet and the safest place, but when I go pro, I'll back my **** talk up...

With a very small amatuer record this is highly unlikely till next year if all goes well. we will see soon enough if this kid is champion material.
