    Which is excuse is legitimate?

"I lost because I didn't have my lucky socks" or "I don't want to fight because I want to spend time with my family".

    Exactly. Manny Excuseiao.

The point is that Pacquiao made the (joke) excuse AFTER the sodding fight.

He didn't duck the actual fight BEFORE they got in the ring.

What a tool you are - you just destroyed yourself in one sentence. Impressive.

Oh so now it's a joke.

How about the OST's making him weak? Then he gets exposed. Where's his fall back excuse? Oh that's right he has none, he resorts to a lawsuit . Give me a break.

Well what excuse now? Floyd said himself nothing wrong with the contract. So its clear paq accepted the drug testing... so... what excuse? We live in a now world, me being a raider fan I can say ooh we won 3 superbowls but what have they done for me latley. Pac manned up and agreed, Floyd said ahh maybe later.

It's true, an excuse is an excuse, Mayweather has no reason to not accept after Pacquiao finally accepted a two week cut off.

But that's the issue, it was after the fact Mayweather said after his fight with Mosley that it wouldn't be on the table anymore. Now everything's being spun the other way to make one person look like he didn't want to fight in the first place.

The point of this thread was, what sounds reasonable, saying you didn't have your lucky socks in a fight you lost, or saying you don't want to fight because you'd rather spend time with your family?

I will go with the lucky socks.

When I take part in sport I am nothing without my lucky socks. It is a mental disadvantage.
