In all seriousness this, as a boxing fan, sucks. The stylistic match up of Floyd's defense versus Manny's offence had fight fans frenzied.

Floyd's fans defending the reasons they thought he'd win this fight are legitimate, but defending his reasoning for not fighting Manny at this time is pathetic.

@Thatnickuh, I understand yevskiy426's point though. I get on these forums alot because I am unemployed and bored alot of the time and I all I ever read from posters on here is that Floyd wants the fight, etc., etc. Now, granted, Floyd never stated that (I don't even think he mention Pacquiao by name after the Mosley fight) however he did imply things regarding him. Bottom line, it's sad to see promoters bust their asses to do everything they can to make a fight and have all terms agreed to (Al Haymon confirmed everything was agreed to) and then have the fighter say "I don't want to fight anytime soon!" I really think Roger is going down and spending time with him before prison makes sense, just like not wanting to fight the biggest fight in your life without your main trainer also makes perfect sense...

Your spinning in circles man. I lost interest after the first post you wrote. You need to structure your writing better. Your use of capitals and punctuations are nauseating to look at. I mean your paragraph is one long sentence with no periods. You should focus more about passing the writing exam in high school and less on defending Floyd.

I've been telling him this for awhile now. At one point it was constructive criticism, nothing to get upset about.

But he still insists that all his lengthy posts are indisputable fact and that one shouldn't focus on his writing style. For christ sake, when you don't have any consideration for the reader, what do you expect.

You should post the video of a interview with Pac making excuses on why he does`nt want to take a drug test.If Pac would have took the drug test the fight would have already happened.

Don't know where people have been the last couple years, but Mayweather hasn't "expressed interest" in fighting anyone since de la Hoya. The Ring magazine published a cover story about how Mayweather was "ducking" Hatton by moving up to welterweight to fight Judah. Mayweather made an ass of himself by arguing with Brian Kenny as to why he wouldn't fight Mosley because he wasn't an attraction. And as we all know that Money eventually fought both Hatton and Mosley, and the fights were much bigger events than they would have been if he had fought them when the boxing public was demanding he he fight them. Money's PPV success is in part because of his ability to sell a fight, but IMO, a larger part of his PPV success is because he has a knack for fighting fights when they're as big as they could possibliy be. The Mayweather-Pacquaio promotion will be no different. Just the rest of Mayweather recent PPV hits, he'll do this promotion when the timing is perfect to maximize revenue.

i can totally see this happening... bob was VERY nice regarding floyd in his conference call... 2011, here we come. but this still leaves a bad taste in boxing fans' mouth RIGHT NOW...
