You clearly have not seen his last two fights.

Porter's trying to move down to 147 (he came in last night at 147 3/4) so I don't see that happening.

Obviously Ishe isn't going to get a BIG fight becuase all of the top fighters at 154 are looking for bigger fish to fry. But there are prospects at 154 just like the ones he's been fighting at 160, looking to make their name off a recognizable veteran. Lara and Andrade immediately come to mind, although with only 10 pro fights it would be a little soon for Andrade. Does Vanes Martirosyan need another quality win before getting a title shot? Does Yuri Foreman need a tune-up opponent for his comeback fight? I think even JCC Jr. would benefit from fighting a guy like Ishe before stepping in against a champion caliber opponent like Pavlik or Cotto, but we know Arum isn't gonna let that happen.

I can understand where your coming from but Ishe has been very good as of late, he fought his heart out in his last two outing. I think he should be in line for the Spinks/Bundrade winner.
