national pride in sports is not a bad thing in itself, but it can become a bad thing easily

in an ideal world, we wouldn't let national pride get to us to the point that it creates irrationality and dishonesty in our mind and speech just to support no matter what our home fighter

there are so many examples of this phenomenon on this site, it's unbelievable
