These idiots don't understand what random means. They think the 14 cut means they are going to exactly test Pac/Floyd 14 days before the fight. They don't get that the 14 cut off means that the fighters will no longer expect it any testing from remaining 14 days on. They could very well test them 20 days before the fight and that would be it.
