Its all smoke and mirrors. Would you come out to say something about a man that is trying to pressure you into a fight which he already knows what you have requested? You have already stated that you will not budge off yoru request, and before you know it, that same fighter comes out with teh old demands.

Nobody knows the details with the negotiations or if there was even one, it doesn't matter. Regardless whether the contract is legit or not, whether the contract is unacceptable or not, whether Floyd have seen the contract or not, and whether the contract is the same as the first one or different, Floyd or his representatives should have responded with something. JMM was supposedly 142lbs vs Floyd during weigh in, and he was 135 and 134 lbs with his last two fights prior to vs Floyd. So what's your point. If some fans thought that the 1lb difference for Cotto at 145lbs vs Manny, compare to 146lbs from his last fight made a huge catastrophic effect with his performance and stamina against Manny, then how much more catastrophic effect would 8lbs do to someone who is naturally at 130lbs to 135lbs. Also remember that the figures that i posted are during weigh in, not actual weight at fight night.

FLOYD should fight now while he's in his prime.

This is a PPV fight. HBO is not the Bank. The fans are the bank. HBO doesn't fund PPV fights... the fighters' fanbases do. HBO and the affiliates are the beneficiaries.

All the tv licensing revenue for BAD & WCB comes from HBO!! For HBO PPV mega events, HBO licenses the event for US television with a major guarantee and the right to distribute via PPV!!! Al Haymon negotiated directly with HBO for extra money (like i said before I'm reading between the lines, but why else would the HEAD of HBO sports be taking Haymon's phone calls??). HBO is the bank because they hold all the money!!!

People can talk all they want about how the december 09 negotiations went down but if we are going to bring this up lets take it from the top. We all knew that the contract was already drawn up and there were no problems about the money, gloves, or even the location. Manny was ready to go. All of a sudden Floyd sr decides to make a comment about Manny on roids because of his domination in the ring. Floyd Jr. decides to (at the last moment) say that he's not going to sign the contract until manny agrees to random bloods test(not required by NSAC). By the end of all the talks and mediation Manny goes down to 18 days and Floyd doesnt budge. 2 1/2 WEEKS OF STEROIDS WILL DO NOTHING FOR YOUR BODY so what was Floyd scared of? Manny had agreed to take unlimited urine tests and even a Blood test the night of the fight. Theres no way to hide roids or PED's if they check your piss at all times. Floyd is clearly the reason why this fight didn't happen then or isn't happening now. He's never once asked any of his 40 previous opponents for random testing. Nor did he ask Marquez who was JUMPING UP 17LBS for his fight. You really got to ask yourself why Floyd continues to bring up objections that shouldn't even exist. I like Floyd but with this whole Pacquiao deal I cant stick up for him.

No way, the OST request was included in the contract from day one.
