Do floyd fans really want the pacquaio fight?

Look at these posts below, a little disturbing if you're a real boxing fan.

When Floyd wants, he will make the fight with Pac. And, at that time, Pacquiao will dance to Floyd's tune.

Just like Arum set a "deadline" with a dog-and-pony-show midnight press conference, and then he said that if Floyd decides to come to the table next week, they will scrap any new ongoing negotiations. What does that tell you?

In fact, Team Mayweather played it perfectly. Who looks like the set of clowns this morning?

The notion that he owes it to fans to compromise his principals, whether we agree with them or not, to make a fight we want to see does not make sense to me.

Get it through your thick skull, neanderthal head that they could've set up Pacquiao with ANYONE ELSE, yet he continues to push for Mayweather.

Arum supposedly didn't talk about negotiations yet we have weeks and weeks of him talking about the fight, basically trying to egg Mayweather on to sign the fight, we don't know the specifics as of late, and the supposed "deadline" wasn't even last night, which brings us back to the point and intention of Arum; having as much build up for this fight should it go through, since he knows this is his big pay day as well as the two main fighters. There was no point of this debacle other than publicity. He could have told Mayweather's advisors that he had until the very last minute to make up his mind, instead of this big build up just to tell everyone "oh I didn't even speak to them personally". Pathetic.

You sit there and point fingers at Mayweather when in reality it's all their faults. The point of this thread was just to hate and express said hatred toward Mayweather and not about the actual issues of signing the fight, which there are countless threads already, with over 10 pages long.
originally floyd fans said it was blood testing that stopped the fight. clearly now its floyds principles, current agenda, and who knows what else.

These aren't boxing fans. They are twitter ****. It's all about talk and posturing, not reality.

There used to be a time when if you were going to talk **** you'd have to back it up, there used to be a time when the public demanded a fight the parties involved found a way to get it done. They had something called PRIDE, they didn't want to be known as duckers or cowards.

These days the guys obviously make too much money, otherwise this fight would have been done already. Neither of these two need it, that's the main problem.

And the worst part about it is they would both proabbly be in the street, in extreme poverty or prison if it weren't for their boxing talents.

Athletes these days are a spoiled pathetic bunch of babies.

I know I want the fight. I've been wanting it for a while now, despite my criticism of Manny and how he handled all of the testing stuff. However, I got some good information about the fight. This whole deadline thing, was not really a deadline. It was merely a media stint and alot of people bought it. All is not lost.

i think some of them get off at the entertainment outside of the ring rather than the actual fights itself

NO. Floyd fans never wanted the fight. They were even more terrified than their idol is. It's so evident that the main difference between a Pac fan and a Floyd fans is that Pac fans hoped that Pac agrees to all the terms set by KFC. While Floyd fans are even encouraging Floyd not to accept anything. In short, they kept the fight impossible to make.

I think they are celebrating at this moment.

I've wanted this fight with a passion since the drama at the turn of the year.

Floyd will batter Pac around the ring if this thing happens. He'll make him appear distinctly female.

Then hopefully, with that business taken care of, I can see Floyd against some good bigger guys.

who doesn't want the biggest fight to be made in boxing ? the guys you listed seem the type who want floyd to dictate the terms , get the bigger cut of the purse etc. i.e. *****s

lots of floyd fans want to see what he can do against his most accomplished opponent to date

I want the fight to happen but I stand by my statement. There is a difference between the sport of boxing and the business of boxing.

And, next time be a man and respond to the post or put up the full context. I've always given you respect as a poster. No red k garbage no name calling. But this was a straight B!tch move by you.

the difference is boxing fans who enjoy fights, and ******* boxing fans who are more entertained by the bad business side of boxing, posturing, demands, negotiations, etc.

was it a straight ***** move by me? all I did was post your post. You could deny what you said all you want. Its floyds "principles", and integrity that is stopping the fight.
