my exact words were based on what arum said, the negotiations are over & pac has agreed to whatever agreement arum & whoever he was negotiating with (we know now (according to arum) ross greenburg/al haymon) except that floyd has not signed off. never did i say both fighters signed & the fight is done.

its amazing to me how floyd fans can still bear to defend him.

he has not shown interest in the fight. never even had the decency to put up a statement for a reason why the fight is not signed. i mean, how hard is it to say that arum was talking out of his ass (if he was) and a deal hasn't been reached?

he doesn't care for any of his fans, or for the sport. he returned to boxing cause his ego can't take all the love pac is getting, yet is the one who seems reluctant in fighting him.

They never answered calls from top rank & ross greenburg who was mediating negotiations for this fight. It seems like it was only top rank who was putting in all the time & effort to make this fight happen. Where was team mayweather? Where was GBP?


How many excuses has it been now?

Arum put it out there the best he can. Floyd/team mayweather refuses to answer arum or greenburg. So arum gives him a deadline hoping the sporting public will reach him. PtI & Around the Horn even made time for boxing to call floyd out.


Im disgusted by this. On both sides really. It would have been the perfect time to announce the fight. world cup is over. no nba. no college football, basketball, no nba season, lebron watch over, middle of baseball season.

Listen, I've said for this entire year that the fight would never happen. And it's not Team Pacquiao's fault. They shouldn't even try to make the fight happen in 2011, it's a waste of time.
