How Did We Let It Happened or Not Happened?

How did we guys? I was just watching Hopkins beyond the glory and it made me again think about Bernard killing Tito and then it was supposed to be Hopkins moving up to 168 and Roy moving down to 168. Why didnt we make sure this fight happened?

How could Bernard be so dumb to think he deserved more money then Roy who already beat him and had a bigger name? How come the ****** promoters couldnt get together? How come HBO didnt put up a bigger push? How come the fans didnt put up a bigger push?

Do you realize what we missed? This couldve been one of the truly biggest fights in history. Hopkins was a straight up killer then and was the meanest man on the planet. Roy was unstoppable and was one of the ****iest fighters of all time. Both were very close to there primes and both were All Time greats who couldve done well in any era.

Very rearly is it possible to get that kind of situation together. It happends maybe once every generation and we let it slip away. It wouldve been the perfect fight if it happened immediatly after Tito. Do you realize how good X and Roy were? and not to mention that they hated eachother and it wouldve been the greatest trash talking and press confernce of all time. The Perfect Fight

          Bernard is a winner.

          Roid Jones is a loser.

Jones was hyped up on Roids when he fought Hopkins so thats a NC..

No way dude. This isnt the Hopkins now. The Hopkins that fought Tito, Keith Holmes, and Echols was not boreing. It wouldve been exciting and you know Roy wouldve tried to show off

I dont know man. X was a killer at that time. He was 10x better then he is now. He was much faster, stronger, and rougher. I was watching his fight with Holmes before the Tito fight and he was just a killer. That guy wouldve gave Roy alot of problems and he wouldve really wanted it because of the first lost

Uh yeah it is the hopkins now, you refer to his fights with Echols and Holmes and even Tito as the Hopkins of now??? When he fought Holmes and Echols he was the junkyard dog!

The Hopkins of now is a boxer, counter buncher/chess player and no one has ever beaten Roy like that. We already saw them fight once and Nard was content on being out quicked from the outside, I cant imagine him trying to go after Roy like Glenn Johnson did.

Boring fight that we would have overpaid for bigtime!

Two counter pucnhers that never get hit fighting one another...sounds like a barnburner!

Do you think he would have fought Roy like he fought Holmes?

I want to see it if thats the case but I just cant see Nard doing that, he never wanted to fight Roy again style wise it was not his kind of fight.
