That ticking clock is a farce created by Bob Arum to get the people on Pacquiao's side going into his next fight which will of course be an in-house bout and make Arum mega millions yet again. He cant make yet another fight that is not Mayweather-Pacquiao with out every one blaming Mayweather. The negotiations havent even gotten no where and he has known this. Its easy to contact the media and tell them that Top Rank submitted an offer to Mayweather, put all of the blame on him if he does'nt sign regardless off how ****ty the offer is. Lets also ad some drama into it to get as many people watching by having a ****** clock ticking?

What deadline lol? Bob arum doesn't run boxing, he can't tell floyd what to do. Floyd doesn;t have to listen to some bull**** deadline created by a bull**** promoter.
It's like a car salesman having a little time counter counting down the time you're allowed to buy a car. Uhh wtf, I have the money!Comment

Its Floyds own fault if he wasnt invloved. He is his own promoter and should have done it himself. I take it as a slap in the face if a man claiming to promote himself had someone else do it for himWhat people tend to forget is that Floyd is also a businessman. If it's true that Floyd wasn't even involved in the negotiation, then I'd feel insulted. So getting a contract from Bob Arum without initial involvement and being pressured to sign by a set deadline IS a slap in the face. At least this is how I'd feel if I was Floyd. People have to remember that unlike Pac (who openly admits that he's just an 'employee' who does the job given to him), Floyd is both a fighter AND a promoter and I don't blame him for taking pride of his business and keeping his silence coz he felt disrespected.
But with that said, if I was Floyd and wanted to run my business well, then I'd realize that fighting Pac will be his best business decision. So here's hoping he signs.Comment

No because I doubt the fight will happen. Floyd isn't going to bow down to arum, so arum will make pac vs marg.
Then after that fight pac will retire. It's bull**** and pac knows it.Comment

If the deadline is the ONLY thing thats stop Floyd from signing, then thats is just a ludicrisWhat deadline lol? Bob arum doesn't run boxing, he can't tell floyd what to do. Floyd doesn;t have to listen to some bull**** deadline created by a bull**** promoter.

PLus the analogy would be:
It's like a car salesman having a little time counter counting down the time you're allowed to buy a car. He tells you that you either take the car by the deadline or someone else is getting the carComment
