is funny how bob promotes his fight with mayweathers name and also for those who dont know manny agree to the terms for the first fight they was suppose to have this is funny they just want to turn the table on mayweather
first time around it was 50/50 and 14 days cut off.
new mayweather request is 60/40 and no cut off manny did not agree to that
but they making it seem like manny did. **** bob and **** manny for cheating

This kind of **** is what kills boxing. If it was MMA, fight made instantly. Done deal. Boxing, too much politics, to much bs involved. Boxing kills itself. I think the fact that this fight isn't going/cannot be made is the reason less people want to watch it overall. The politics involved always turned people away and this has to be the worst time ever. MMA will take over when a fight like this never happens and every fight people want in MMA does happen.

i think the fight is happening, because on top rank site homepage theres a pic of manny and mayweather. Surely top rank cant use Floyd's image like that without consent?

OR they payed for the rights from the media who are allowed to take photos and it looks like a press conference so they could have taken it themselves

Part of me feels that this whole thing is fake and that its just to drum up hype. I hope I'm not wrong, but I can't imagine Arum doing THIS MUCH just to say Mayweather hasn't signed and that Manny is fighting Cotto/Marg cos he didn't do that last time. Also I think that even if Floyd were to call this conference call and accept at the last minute, that would also have been for hype, because business is not conducted like that.

I think that could be why Arum and TR are the only ones talking, because Mayweather's silence creates public interest and Floyd and his team are playing into the image he has garnered for being a ducker, etc by being silent, making people talk about him only to prove them wrong (a la Mosley fight signing).

That ticking clock is a farce created by Bob Arum to get the people on Pacquiao's side going into his next fight which will of course be an in-house bout and make Arum mega millions yet again. He cant make yet another fight that is not Mayweather-Pacquiao with out every one blaming Mayweather. The negotiations havent even gotten no where and he has known this. Its easy to contact the media and tell them that Top Rank submitted an offer to Mayweather, put all of the blame on him if he does'nt sign regardless off how ****ty the offer is. Lets also ad some drama into it to get as many people watching by having a ****** clock ticking?

Why didn't PBF ruined it by exposing the Farce...that's the question...It's all planed, even if they meet at 2011...maybe it's already agreed to milk the fights in between and make more millions in the process...
