He was just having fun, he'd already hit the guy with all he had, and he knew he wasn't going to drop the guy with one shot, so he was more or less entertaining the crowd. It seems to me that Augustus' biggest problem is he will do this kind of stuff in a competitive fight, and it's cost him some decisions. Well, maybe not that punch.
