Toney. If Toney had even half the work ethic of BHop he would be a monster. You won't find many with as much natural boxing ability like Toney has.

Hopkins has plenty of natural ability. He proved he could take a punch early on, and he was 95-4 in the amatuers.

Hopkins is as smart as Toney, can counter-punch as good, but that only would make him even with Toney.

What makes him better are two things:

1) better agressor
2) effort

aggresiveness doesn't fit into Toney's style but I cantell you that he's plenty agressive. He just never looks it b/c he knows how to stay ultra calm in the ring and save his energy.

effort is the only thing that Toney lacks.
