Look at Torino's posts as a prime example. He couldn't bring him self to adress the topic, and just started in on the defensive.

As I said, when the fanatics read something like this, can't bring themselves to counter argue, and just start in on the defensive, it speaks volumes about thier insecurties.

Many a time this has happened to me and you all should see how many red Karma bars I get with notes attached with all sorts of non-sensical threats, cursing and the like, its sickening to see grown men worshipping another man as if he is thier god or their father or something.

Being a fan is one thing and being a raving fanatical lunatic is another. (Be careful many of them are probably stalkers)

Anyway the Ring made a huge mistake I feel that no one deserves that ranking as of yet and they needed to wait till they had a fight off as Bozo stated.
excellently said. you should repost this in all the klit **** future threads.

I think the fans of VK are being a bit exagerated by you. If you were to post some stuff against any big time fighter you are going to get people defending him in a hardcore manner. Make fun of Gatti for being a club fighter pre-maywaeather fight and people would have ripped your head off.

Say that Manny Pacquiao is an overhyped guy with 1 real win under his belt and people are going to be mad. MAke fun of Hopkins and his string of mediocre title defenses and the Bhop crew will be out in force. Talk about how Roy was never challenged and he is lucky he wasnt cuz guys like McClellan would have killed him...trust me you will hear from the Roy boys.

Every fan has his fighter, you think that the Trinidad people are more fanatical than the Klitchkos or vice versua...who knows?

PBDS is a VK fan... so what, he also has ten zillion other opinions too, define him or whoever by what they think about one fighter and your being the fanatic.

You say the Ring made a huge mistake by awarding the belt to VK...in hindsight you might be right but you might be dead wrong...I dont know of a person on the planet who did not have Wladimir Klitchko at Number 1 a few years back, HBO invested all their money in him, The Ring had him as the man behind Lewis-He was kicking everyones ass.

He was then shocked by a journeyman and then VK had a battle with LL that really confused the **** out of people because he was the ****ty uncoordinated brother. Eventually the Ring came to the conclusion that Sanders and VK were two of the top 3 HW's...well maybe they got it wrong or maybe they didnt...it will all sort itself out in due time.

Sure a Tourney is the best way to go but unfortunately the Ring is not in the promoting business and has no rights to all of the fighters...does it really matter who the Ring Champ is right now in the HW division?

All I care about is who is the dominant fighter! Could it be Brewster, maybe he has his head out of his ass, could it be Ruiz.. No, could it be Byrd, No.. could it be VK, yes.. it is a possibility but still not known yet, could it be Toney, yes it could be-he probably has the most skill, could it be Peter, **** it would be great for the division if it was.

I wouldnt worry about being stalked by a VK fan and I would not worry about who holds the Ring belt, it will all eventually work its way out!

Me being the fanatic?? Maybe you cannot read. (If you see anywhere in this post that I mentioned anyones name please let me know) Other than that I only flame and get into wars with those who disrespect and violate. If you look at my past post you will notice I even kill out flame wars too because I dont feel like getting into the nonsense. I never called anyone's name out in my post as I never personalize my attacks on anyone. I simply go against their arguments. I have favorite fighters but if they get their ass kicked or they get handed a title because of paper hype I am the first to point it out. I idolize no-one. I have nothing against VK,PBDS, Torrino, or any of the Klitchko fanatics I simply do not like the hype surrounding him and the mass attention and spoiling that he gets. HBO is basically pimped by the klitchkos and if they put that money into some deserving fighters it would be much better. If he finally completes the task that have been set fourth for him I will have nothing to say. He has to beat rahman and he needs to do it not only because he promised it to him but he is one of the most viable fights and contenders out there for him. If he would do that and beat one of the other champs I would definitely give him his repsects. There is a difference in fanatic and fan and one who dislikes and one who hates the fighters. Even if Klitcko looses his fanatics will defend him till they die, and then they will come back from the grave to defend him. (somehow his losing will be don kings fault or some other reason that has nothing to do with the fact that he lost) That is fanatical behavior. If he looses and you say hell I still like him but he got his ass kicked then you are a fan and not a fanatic. And I have attacked other fighters and not gotten the response that I have gotten from these VK fans. Keep your eyes open and you will see some of my post soon ripping some of the other over-hyped fighters apart.

Hey you are right though the dominant fighter is the one to go with. asuming that he doesnt duck, hide, crawl, weasel or do whatever it takes to get away from any non-hand picked opponents.

But anyway let us see how it pans out. I think I know how it is going to go. but we shall see. I will give VK the chance to prove himself but if he chickens out like I think he will then my dislike for his overhype will become even greater.

I have no problem with Vitali keeping the WBC title, and fighting whoever he wants. If Rahman isn't available until later in the fall, so be it. Let him fight Maskiev, Brock or whoever.

But strip the man of the Ring Belt.

The biggest blow to the Ring belt's credibility was sanctioning Vitali vs Sanders for their belt, which in reccent years was gaining more and more credibility. Since then, he's fought only once in a year and two months, and it was agaisnt Danny Williams.

I would have less of a problem with him fighting scrubs, and taking his time deciding what he wants to do if he just was a WBC title holder.

But this whole Ring Belt, in conjunction with HBO, calling and touting Vitali Klitschko as "THE" Heavyweight champion is bull ****.

Everyone is at square one at Heavyweight. All of them. None of them are particularly impressive, they've all fought soft opposition to a certian extent, and they're all too inactive.

Vitali Klitschko NEVER should have been declaired the "Ring" Champion, and this is evident in the hard facts about who he's fought since, and what he's doing now.

The "Ring" title should be held vacent until someone unifies the "WBC" WBA" and "IBF" titles. THAT'S where the liniage should continue.

Nor should have Roy Jones Jr. Nobody is perfect.

                  hmm

Roy was rightfully the champion, as he was people's champion and Ring champion.

Even though Vitali may not have as much crediblity in his division as Roy had, Vitali is RIGHTFULLY the Ring champion.

Anyway, the heavyweight division is such **** that you cannot really complain about who Vitali has fought. Hell, the guys he ahs fought (sanders who you most complain about) was considered top 5 when Vitali beat him. The fact that he was top 5 shows how crappy the division is, but now that Vitali is doing his best to fight "bums". I think Vitali should be given the benefit of the doubt. There is no reason to think his injuries aren't real, and no one knows who he will fight when he comes back. In addition, and perhaps most importantly, no one knows if Don King is even willing to put his champs vs Vitali without demanding options on Vitali. If I was Vitali in that situation and King demands options, I would say **** THAT. Excuse my language but that's the truth.

On a side note, no fighter is a bum. Well maybe Reggie Strickland.

Right now tell me if I am way off here...

These guys are like the Indians in MAJOR LEAGUE...the normal sports fans looks at the group of heavyweights and says "who are these ****in guys"

Lamon Brewster, i would like to see him fight Byrd the way he did Golota, come out firing, let the damn hands go, I just cant quite forget that this is a guy who lost to Etienne and I had him losing to Meehan. But who knows maybe he has all of a sudden got the eye of the tiger, he is worth another look.

Sammy Peter, in my opinion it is in everyones best interest if he becomes the man, still too early too tell what the **** too make of him. Style wise I think he will beat Toney, Im saying that right now!

Vitaly Klitchko, the guy showed he could duke it out with Len and he at least is a HW who wins by KO regardless of the condition his opponents are in, if I had a gun too my head I would pick the cautious ukranian at least for another 6 months. 2 things impress me about VK, 1) he is resourceful with his punches, 2)it appoears him and his brother have two different chinx, Vits beard looks to be as solid as anyones.

James Toney, he might just be the guy that takes all of the big guys to school with overwhelming boxing skills but if his fight with Vassily Jirov is an indication of how he will handle pressure it may work at the crusier level but against a guy like Peter...man I just dont know if you can take that kind of power.

Hasim Rahman, he has the best mouth in the division and I cant wait to see pictures of him for his fight with Barret, ya know his nickname "rock" used to be for a reason and I hope he is in that type of shape for Barret, if he is then he is a player!

Chris Byrd, Byrd I hope you are reading this, you are a ****ing *****...easily the luckiest of the titleholders, how he has escaped the last three fights with his belts each time is nothing short of a miracle, Byrd ****in "A" maybe your faith is paying off...Byrd is no player what so ever in the division when the word dominant is brought up not even close.

Johnny Ruiz, Johnny you ****ed up, keep holding and quit listening to people say your boring, you fought for the first time since the Jones fight the wrong fight against Toney, if Johnny holds than there isnt anyone he cant beat, if he doesnt I dont think there is a guy in the top 10 he can beat...dominant-not chance.
