Watch Pac "speak to my promoter" the puppet fight Margacheato for a vacant title be announced soon.

Special Breaking News Bulliten. There are NO negotiations going on between both parties. It's a Arum the honest lawyer inspired carnival huckster act to boost Manny's cred in light of the Clottey farce and PED's allegations as if they "really" want to fight Floyd by agreeing to old terms that are long off the table. Mayweather has said he was taking time off after the Mosely fight. Now all of a sudden they are in "negotiations" and have a supposed "gag order" that a lawyer such as Arum should know all too well about but him and team Pacquiao can't seem to stop talking to the media about along with other "possibilities". There is no gag order. So Arum isn't breaking one. The fights that a really lined up for Manny behind the scenes are Margs for a vacant title to get fed by in house Arum along with a Cotto remtach. Why are they offering them? Because they can use those extra titles for the cash cow and Arum to use as future leverage over Floyd while he does the hard work against better fighters.

Manny vs Margs will be announced shortly following Mayweather fighting Pwill to trump the "bigger man" challenge pacman will "take". It's a chess game behind the scenes and it's being sold to the general public by honest bob who doesn't give a damn about real boxing fans but the clueless general public and national pride along with casual fans. Real boxing fans needs will be met last if at all. It's about buisness and money first. Real few boxing fans LAST.

At least Floyd beat up Shane...the guy team Pac was too scared to fight (because he was "too good"-even if he was to be weight drained, in Freddie's words) and the same Shane who pummeled the **** out of Margarito.

Shane was the best WW.When you beat the best, you don't need to fight the "bottom feeders"...
I put supposedly but the general consensus is that Floyd really did.

        Well Cotto did beat Shane.

Shane had almost a year and a half layoff when he fought Floyd.

Just for keepin it real I'm against Pac fighting Margarito too and even Cotto. If those 2 are his only options, it is best if he should just focus on his political career.

Your right,Cotto won a close decision over Shane...... (you guys always leave out a bit of history to serve an agenda) when he was UNDEFEATED.After Margarito slaughtered Cotto, Shane ko'd Margarito....so who at that time was the true WW champion-a guy who got a vacant belt by beating a bum,or a guy who beat the man,who in turn beat the man.....easy math.

Was Manny's team looking to line him up against the more recognized belt holder,or the guy who had major question marks over his head????

I am unsure why you guys build up Cotto as the bigger threat at that point in their careers, when Shane was more recognized at the time....even Freddie Roach did not want a Mosely fight-he was "too good".You have watched the Freddie Roach interviews haven't you???

              I wouldn't mind watching this.

But lets be real, Margarito looked average at best in his return fight and even slower at 154lbs. Pacquiao's will have a field day with his unnatural speed.

                  Another arum scam!

I know that there is very few people that would like to see a rematch with Cotto, but given the circumstances in which this whole Mega fight with Mayweather is headed i much rather see him square off again with Pacquiao then given a cheater a shot at best fighter in the world. Cotto has behaved like a gentleman and is actually doing business with Pacquiao in Puerto Rico and Filipinas. I am at least a bit intrigue with the match up with Cotto not been weight drained and his new partnership with Manny Stewart. Cotto did not have a good game plan and lacked a good corner this time he posses both. Why not give the fight to a guy that has always deliver, never says No to any fighter and is willing to leave it all in the ring for his fans. The venue could still be in Vegas and Manny would have a great chance of becoming a 8 time world champion. Pacquiao could even take the blood test with Cotto and shutting Floyds mouth for ever, not to mentioned that the two best known trainer will also go head to head. Give my man a break he deserves the pay day and I believe that the outcome could be interesting, **** Floyd doesn't want to fight Cotto either, and is a win win situation for Arum. Margarito should be in the back of the bus. It could be monumental if they fought also in the middle east it would be like the days of Don King taking fight to other countries were boxing really seems dead. Cotto could bounce back or at the very least it will be worth bringing back boxing were people think is dead. Not to mentioned it will be the first time that middle eastern could get a first look at high caliber fighters, the media and the people surrounding the event could have a blast and open new doors. People if Floyds says No let's give my dude a chance. All I'm saying is that if Pacquiao is heading out and Cotto is leaving pretty soon, why waste good fighters and money on someone who have scared the lives of God knows who in the boxing ring with does lethal hand wraps, let's push for Cotto I know we won't regret it.
                  Peace
