Ya but your forgetting who pulled out of the 1st Mayweather fight Pacduckiao didnt want to take the test now he is game. Really this is a joke these idiots can't make up their mind. who did Margarito beat? He never beat a CHAMPION for a belt, he only won vacant titles. The only time he beat someone for a title was vs Cotto in which many people suspect he was cheating. Carlos Baldomir ACTUALLY beat the UNDISPUTED Welterweight Champion Zab Judah. And what do you mean decipher talent level? How can we do that with Margarito when he was caught cheating? All this time he could have just been a bum with bricks. His beat win is vs Cotto whom was outboxing him and ended up quitting with a swollen face.

Luis Resto 1986win over Billy Collins Jr. Later changed to "No Contest" Resto's gloves were illegally tampered w/ b4 the bout by Resto's trainer, Panama Lewis. Resto was convicted of assault, conspiracy, and criminal possession of a deadly weapon (his fists). He served 2 1/2years. Both he and Lewis were banned for LIFE. Souldn't Margarito be banned for LIFE this is B/S Margarito alrady got his ass whiped by Mosley what does that prove it pacman beats him nothing and he already beat cotto. This is whats wrong with boxing pacman vs those two are pointless fights. Need to fight Paul Williams. And Margarito should not be allowed to fight.
