He flying to PR is like me takin a cab downtown. No biggie to them, plus as the other poster stated, he was there for another fight and had a talk with Cotto's ppl. Did you stay up all night obsessing about this?

If you were remember correctly, Cotto didn't want to put his title on the line if the fight was at 145. He said either the catchweight or the title @147 (this was before he eventually agreed to everything). The WBO prez threatened to strip Cotto of his WBO title if he didn't defend it at 145. Since they (WBO) had Pacquiao ranked number one they agreed that Pac could fight for a VACANT title at 145.

However, WBA is a different sactioning body so who the hell knows. Though I doubt they would deny Manny Pacquiao the title for a catchweight fight. Who wouldn't want Pacquiao as their champ?

Margarito is going to get destroyed how does anyone in their right mind give him a chance.

The guy is hiottable as **** , and Mosley overwhelmed him. Gee , I wonder what Pacquiao will be able to do.

It will be another quit in the stool moment for the mexicans and chicanos to suck up.
The Margarito Mosley beat was not the same Margarito that destroyed Cotto, not just in the plaster su****ion issue, but his mental stability, focus, and determination were no where near the same.

This is the X factor you are forgetting to look at.

Focused Margs is a different fighter than the one that fought Mosley.

If you can't wrap your brains around that then I don't know how much you truly understand the nuances of boxing.

If arum wants Pacquiao to fight Cotto for his 154 belt, then Pacquiao should have faced Cotto at the FULL 147.

Once team Pac discovered their opponents would bend to their wills it just went downhill from there...
