How was Manny Pacquaio able to take Cotto's punches?

Just watched the fight again, Pacquaio has one hell of a chin... but I still don't get how he was bruised up all over and not stunned at least once.

Same thing in the Clottey fight, he came out bruised yet was not deterred by Joshua's punches.

That's one sturdy chin but I still don't get how he's able to "walk through" such punches, get bruised all over yet still not be deterred from fighting on.

Not even wobbled by Cotto. I think Marquez hits harder than Miguel, that's why.

Even if Cotto came in there with a .45 it wouldn't have gotten the job done.

I think I can look through what you are implying but this is a reach. Lot's of people through history has been able to take gigantic amounts of punishment and prevail. Including the tough guy in my avatar.

marquez P4P hits harder, which is why he had pacquiao dazed at 130, his natural weightclass.
