When the first round of negotiations for Floyd Mayweather vs Pacquiao fell through the first time, it was BLAME MAYWEATHER. Original Terms from Floyd was 50/50 split and each fighter be subjected to random testing UP TO THE FIGHT. When Manny couldnt man up and face his fears of needles FLoyd gave him a two week cut off yet it still wasnt good enough and the fight fell through. But the BLAMED FLOYD. Throughout the whole negotiations Arum talked about fighting Clottey, a man who has never won a legit WW fight in his career and who had just lost to Manny's previous opponent Cotto. And strange enough, he ended up facing the bum which many thought was a staged fight to begin with.
Round two of negotiations and we STILL SAYING BLAME FLOYD? According to "Lyle Fitzsimmons". He agrees that Floyd should get the bigger split and that there should be testing. So if Team Pacquiao has sent him anything less then that, how can you still say BLAME FLOYD?
BLAME TEAM PACQUIAO: For one Bob Arum still owes Floyd money from previous fights, so if he doesnt get a bigger split then the fight wont happen.
