How come I don't see the ****** *******s calling him out for ducking Williams, Martinez, and other fighters?
Because they're bigger. Pac is a small WW. Floyd is a huge WW, therefore he should fight Martinez or Williams.

Why isn't a fight with Berto being considered?

I think Roach is right, Cotto's fighting style did not offer problems for Pacquiao. On their fight I thought Cotto will really hurt Pacman with his punches but that didn't happen Pacquiao was walking through his punches and I now I believe that Pacquiao isn't just fast, he also possesses a granite chin.

              Exacto........

'cause he knows BERTO would possibly stretch him. He won't fight anyone who will give him hell. Personally, I think BERTO beats both MANNY/FLOYD! Too BIG and FAST for MANNY. I bet you MANNY couldn't hurt him. A true welter and I like MANNY but he would get stopped here. As for FLOYD, he has a better chance but BERTO would present many problems for FLOYD who's reflexes have slowed a bit. He's super fast and strong and has good stamina. It would be a good dance for both.

                catchweight mate.......

Hey man. A lot of what happened in that fight was about the weight man. If COTTO was allowed to weight-in at 147 and rehydrate over night, he would have stopped MANNY. I like both fighters and am really a fan of MANNY'S but I call it like I see it. Some under-estimate what a fighters inability to rehydrate properly does to their performance. It happened when MOSLEY fought the cheater as well. A.M. had been struggling to make 147 for a while and it finally caught up with him. I'M GLAD BECAUSE HE DESERVED THAT BEATING HE GOT! When a fighter is weight-drained, he can't take a punch as well, he loses pop in his own punches, and his stamina is effected as well. Sounds familiar in both cases? You saw the trend? Same thing happened to my boy DE LA HOYA when he fought MANNY.

                    YOUR ******,
Do you realise Pacman has had only one fight at catchweight?
                    That one first you ******.
Floyd had a catchweight and came in overweight.

People make such a big deal about the "catch weight" thing. Although, I don't think fighters should be fighting at a catch weight for titles, I don't think it effected Cotto. The guy has been fighting in the welter weight division for quite some time now, so I don't think he had a problem rehydrating. As for De La Hoya, I believe you do have a point. Oscar is and was middle weight fighter. But you also have to realize that Pacquiao didn't force Oscar or Cotto to sign the contract. They both thought they could beat Manny and they ended up getting a beat down for it.
