Naw man them Pinoy's are innocent.

He lost to Morales cause of the blood tests (which at first he blamed the gloves).

Pacquiao can never be guilty because the damn general public and media will always be on Pac's side.

I don't know where people get that from. Take out the Philippines and a few talking heads and it couldn't be further from the truth. Every casual fan I know hates Floyd and thinks Pac is on roids. That's just what I see. And most of these guys are really casual fans.

All I know is, if this fight doesnt happen, I will be pissed. There are no excuses, the money will be right and Floyd will get his wish on drug testing, make the fight. Who knows? They just don't want the fight IMO. Why else - after hearing Floyd say "no more cutoffs" in February throughout May, would they re-propose a cutoff? Just makes no sense.

Pacquiao said he couldn't accept the proposed 14 day cut of because he was in "heavy training", but after the Clottey fight, he suddenly wants a 14 day cut off.
