I am waiting like everybody else, doesn't mean I'm not gonna form an opinion a lot earlier. Floyd doesn't dictate to me because while a fan, i'm not a Floyd apologist like some of you wannabes.

He needs to stop playing LeBron James and putting everybody on hold and come out and say if he is gonna fight him or not, and if not state his reasons. The gig is up.

He did not say a word to the effect of "if Bob Arum is lying about the terms being agreed upon, then he is a bad person." He only said that about Mayweather. He is no different than the haters who post this same crap on the message boards on a daily basis.

If you're indeed a former journalist... then perhaps you know the meaning of the word "column." You know, that little thing where writers give opinions and are not beholden to objectivity in its traditional terms.

But hey, while we're at it, find one fact that's mis-stated. Just one.

FLOYD needs to MAN up and sign the PAPERS!

FLOYD finally got a little respect from BOXING FANS when he decided to fight 1 of the top 3 in his own class by fighting SHANE MOSLEY.. but if he stalls on this FLOYD vs PAC match.. his reputation is back to being SCARED ****LESS..

Boxing negociations do not work by Bob Arum or Pac throwing out offers, and Floyd Mayweather accepting them.

It's just the guy doing what he always does. Wanting to sound like he's controlling things, and is in charge of the fight. When in reality, he will have little influence over any of the fights details.

A bout is negociated between both fighters teams. It then gets "due dillegence". Which is a period of time where the fighters lawyers look through it, and basically sign it off.

The fight was negociated, and agreed. Now it's with lawyers. It's nothing to do with Bob Arum making offers, and it being up to Mayweather to accept them.

Arum has next to no influence over this fight. Pacquiao's deal with Golden Boy means that they basically take sole control of any bout he has with another Golden Boy Fighter.

Arum only owns Pacquiao when he faces non-goldenboy fighters. Why Arum hardly ever puts him in with GBP opponents.

The fights been signed by neither fighter as of yet. When it is, it will be on
