    Heres all we know:

arum claims that everything has been agreed upon and they are just waiting for floyd to sign.

Floyds side has said nothing, except a few weeks ago floyd said he was gonna take a year or two off.

so we can draw our own opinions from that, but in the end we are just assuming things and KNOW NOTHING

You forgot to add Dela Hoya going on record that the fight's a "done deal" or to that xtent and afterwards Schaeffer said on record that his boss was misquoted.

think about it if you invest 100k and another investor invest 50k when the profits come in who should get more???

have you heard of NET PROFIT?!?
pac's fyt netted more than floyd's....
pac-clottey has minimal promotional costs compared to floyd-shane.
they have to sell floyd hard, even with 24/7....
pac-clottey has no 24/7 yet look at the live asses at the cowbows.
net profit is what counts in business.

      who would have sell more....
      pac-shane or floyd-clottey ???
      clottey has no drawing power.
floyd and shane are household names....
      do u get my drift,......boy

If he really wanted to get this fight done now, he wouldn't be negotiating through the media like they agreed to last year and he wouldn't be telling the world about his plans for Manny to fight Cotto or Margacheato. What happened to the gag order from both sides? Why do we continue to hear something new from every member in Pac's team? A real professional doesn't go around talking **** in the media and negotiating in the media.

Floyd already told them months ago he was not going to sign a contract unless he got a bigger split of the purse and Manny agrees to no cut off date for the testing. No point in giving him a bull**** offer.

Dude, you're living in DENIAL! Negotiations between GBP and Top Rank has been over for some time now. That's when the gag order was self-imposed. Now, there's already an output of that negotiation, and it's in May's hands.

How long does it take for him to say that the terms presented to him are crap and throw it back at Arum's face? You Floyd fans are acting as if you're the ones who have to read and approve the proposed terms before the fight could go on. You're just onlookers like the rest of us.

The bottom line is that the proposed contract is in Floyd's hands now. The decision to reject it, to re-negotiate, to agree, or to politely decline the fight is his. Even Lyle is bothered by Floyd's silence.

No problem..Yuri is a 154lb natural you are right. He fought at 147 in Golden Gloves for the Ny champinionship and has never fought at 147 as a pro. My point is really it's not height its movement. PAC wanted to fight Yuri but after seeing the tapes on him changed his mind (Roach) They knew his height before they thought to fight him. It wasn't going to be a typical exciting Pac fight. Yuri is a boxer and would have made the fight difficult. I don't mind that you different opinion but give you respect on your response.

Dude, there's no mystery here. Why would he make that up. Pac's gonna fight either way, so there's no need for him to make up an elaborate tale about contracts.

We know Pac is fighting in the fall one way or another.

True but, I feel Pac is on a different level now.

              • pacquiao with over 50 pro fights has never had problems making the fight while Floyd is known as the boxer who ducks fighters in his weight division. Now who do you think is delaying the fight? It's a bitter pill to swallow for some pbf fans and some will never run out of subterfuge.
