Because he's not promoted aswell as GBP's has been doing. Manny pretty much promoted himself with his fists and style. Floyd actually needs his fight to be promoted with him as the enemy. If Pacuiao fought Mosley at the same time it woud've sold the samething. Understand your ins and outs and you will have an easier time undersdtanding this sport they call boxing.

They are both promoted well, Mayweather just takes the role of the bad guy to put more asses in seats, i guess it could be said that Mayweather promotes himself better. Pacquiao sells his fights because of the ways he fights, but Mayweather sells his long before he steps in the ring.

I didn't think i was acting self-important, i think if this writer is going to make a judgement he should include some kind of details to make his point. i'm not asking for all of the details on the fight negotiations. i wanted to make my point the same way you do. i didn't say I trust Floyd's side. my point was I think this article is BS and I don't like the way Arum's handling the negotiations. When Top Rank asserted that they had never received a 14 day offer, GBP didn't refute it until DAYS after mediation had ended. So if I were you, I'd wait until the deadline has passed and both sides have spoken.
