they are waiting for floyd?
Don't you think if Bob arum just made this up, they never agreed and a proposal was never sent, someone would come out and say, "hey wait a second...we never received a proposal"
that doesn't make sense.
Maybe Arum is lieing about something, maybe he's doing something wrong/dirty, but it seems most likely a proposal has been sent after working with Golden Boy.Comment

Personally I think they are going to wait on Floyd's decision.
If he accepts, a huge announcement will be made obviously.
If he rejects, Golden Boy will come out and offer us their side of the story (which would also unlikely be 100% truth).Comment

what i dont understand is arum said that top rank and golden boy agreed to terms and sent it to floyd. to me it sounds like golden boy agreed to terms without floyd then sent it to him hoping he will agree. just my opinionComment

I hope Floyd comes out and has a big announcement Lebron stlye on Espn. Kind of like " My next fight will be........Paul Williams/ Sergio Martinez, who the hell is Manny pac??" Floyd sells another 1mil+ppv and Manny pushes a pitfull 400k or less fighting Cheatto/Cotto2(fights don't nobody want to pay for).Comment

true..this entire ordeal just sounds fishy to me...Comment

because Golden Boy represents floyd, just like Bob Arum/Top rank represent Pacquiao. Floyd & Pac aren't physically there doing any negotiations, that's what the promoters are for.
It's not like Pac flies down from the Philippines and works on the deal, nah that's what bob is for, just like Richard Schaefer is to Floyd.
Anyways, floyd will wait till the very last second, he's always done that, he did that with mosley, he did that with gatti, and some others too. We wont' hear a thing until Friday or Thur at the earliest, I'm guessing.Comment

This is common sense, I think you are just hating. If there was no negotiation then Floyd would have said something on day one. This whole thing is screwing with his popularity. Use your brain man.Comment
