if this is the only deal arum is offering, GBP would be reckless if they didn't pass it on to floyd.

You CANT force Floyd into doing it if he CLEARLY DOESNT WANT TO

I mean come on lets be realistic, Floyd is his own boss and he decides who he wants to fight in this stage of his career. Obviously if Floyd wanted to make this fight and cash in on the biggest payday to date then he would of done so and all of us would not be having this conversation.. PLAIN AND SIMPLE

Oscar is not involved in negotiations. And besides, all he said was that he felt a deal was close. Not that GBP had agreed to a 50/50, 14 day split. A deal is always close until it's either done or disbanded.
That's not true at all. The reason the fight itself didn't get made the 1st time is because we heard a little more than we needed to and the negotiations simply imploded and looked like an afternoon at Ringling Bros. We heard things such as Floyd being in a room with Al Haymon, Schaeffer, and Drs who stated there'd be no issues with Pacquiao coming in dirty to Floyd's dismay to Roach saying 30, 24, then 20 day cut off for blood testing, HBO sayin Floyd was a hard person to work with, etc. Take a pick of who's lying I guess.

More than anything, both fighters' egos killed the fight the 1st time around. All the promoters are in for are making money, and both GBP and TR don't have a solid Plan B regardless of what we're hearing on TR's side for a backup for Pacquiao (which I think ultimately is a big smoke screen).

            God damn.

Mayweather just accept the damn deal.
I feel your frustration. We need to hear from Floyd's side.

If it doesn't get made, so be it. Bring on the others.

What did I say that's not true? Look at my post - and tell me specifically what I said that's not true. Thanks.

BULL****!!! Even the arbitrator came out and said Team Pac was the reason the fight didnt happen the first time around and based on what your saying if it's about people talking in the press who's fault would you say it is this time? The only ones talking. Face it dude Team Pac never wanted this fight. They bluffed you and all that believe they did. Please tell us why Manny is continuing this charade by calling out more previously beaten, faded fighters?

I just read this again and was reminded of that scene in My Cousin Vinny where Vinny makes his opening speech.

"Uhh...everything that guy just said is bull****. Thank you."

can we PLEAAAAAAAASE move on from this **** already?

I don't care for a Manny/Floyd fight anymore. There's plenty of other exciting, young, talented boxers who can bring boxing back to the spotlight.
