Tyson was an awesome fighter and we shouldn't judge him on his opponents, He was the best of the division during his time and that about all he can do. getting beat my Buster was sad and he was never the same after that.
Mark this post cause I never back Tyson and usually if I'm posting about him I'm bashing him.
That loss was unbelievably sad cause he lost the title to a man many considered the worst heavyweight champ of all time. What does that say about Tyson?
Bruno did win that test they did measuring punch power, equivalent to a sledge hammer or something if I remember. Ruddock was second, Foreman third, I think Tyson fourth. Anybody have any more info on that? It was in the late 80's.
i wonder where foreman of the 70's would have done
man, any way u cann put tyson down. hes a legend and will never be forgoten, just coz the ppl he fought arents legends doesnt mean there not ***in good, stop critisizing his opponent, they were good and even if they were bad, its not tysons fault
Hm, aren't you one of the people who criticize Marciano for the same reason? Except Marciano never lost to his less than stellar opposition.
If Tyson were 6'5 245...his power would kill boxers in the ring..but since he was.. 5'10 225 or whatever..he didnt hit has hard as..Shaver, Foreman..etc...but.u can say if he were bigger..he wouldnt be as fast..and maybe not as accurate.
earnie shavers was about 6 foot tall and weighed about 208lbs and is considered by many to be the hardest puncher ever, so i wouldn't really agree with your statment there.
