But, he has to prove he can make 147 first. If he doesn't and keeps on fighting at 154 or 160 every WW has the right to turn him down without being considered a duck. And, that includes Floyd.

Now if P-Will has one fight at 147 against whoever. Then no WW can justify not fighting him. And, that includes Pac.

I agree with this but its quite obvious as to why hes not having a fight at 147 before taking on pac/may etc. Its to bait promoters/fighters into taking the fight because they can assume he will be weightdrained and win in a great fashion that makes the fighter look great. If he takes a fight and looks great hes likely to be ducked and if he looks **** then he wont be a viable option.
