1st of all Margarito's cheating ass shouldn't ever get a license in the u.s. he should be banned for life(like Luis Resto & Panama Lewis)..& He is trying to go around the California commission by applying in other states..But if your suspeneded in 1 state, the others will also honor that suspension...& when Margarito got suspended the California commission said that he would be suspended for 1 year & then when the suspension is done HE COULD REAPPLY FOR THE LICENSE, IN OTHER WORDS THEY COULD EITHER DENY OR ACCEPT TO GIVE HIS CHEATING ASS A LICENSE..NO WHERE DID THE COMMISSION SAY THAT AFTER A YEAR HE WOULD GET LICENSED AGAIN!! Texas & now Nevada RIGHTFULLY DENIED to license "HANDS OF PLASTER" Margarito & other states have said thet they are not going to license Margarito until California gives him the OK..& Margarito's ****** ass has a law suit against the California commission for not licensing him, so any chance of getting a license in California looks VERY BAD for Margarito, BUT GOOD TO THE BOXING WORLD!!! & DuBoef is another ****** ass saying they misread Margacheato's intent, they knew all along & did THE RIGHT THING!!!

What's even more laughable is Margarito going to Nevada to appeal when it was California who suspended his license, that's like committing a crime in New York and going to a Jersey court to ask for leniency.

Its not laughable, because the commissions aren't connected.

They don't have to follow each others ruling.

Not only that, Margarito did nothing wrong in CA, so this whole thing is a big pile of steaming bull**** from the top down.
