How is Margs "planning" to fight in Vegas when he has no opponent lined up, no date, and no venue...but not "planning" to fight in California where he has no opponent, no date, and no venue? How in the hell does he know where he is planning his next fight for when he is not allowed to fight anywhere in the USA, currently? He is doing EXACTLY what people are accusing him of: trying to go around the CSAC and get licensed somewhere else and basically just saying "screw California, I'll never fight there ever again probably so I won't bother going in front of the commission unless a fight is offered to me there". Sorry, but that just ain't the way state athletic commissions typically work when it comes to suspended fighters who cheated. State athletic commissions reciprocate on those sort of things almost always. Health issues are a little different and more variation occurs but when it comes to CHEATING you gotta go back to the scene of the crime and get the "okay" from them before other states will license you. That is just the way it goes...

And by the way, constantly saying you think the punishment was fair and then suing the state athletic commission does not reflect very well on Mr. Margarito, either. The guy is a cheater and he is lying about knowing about thhe loaded wraps, most likely...and has the gall to sue the people who suspended him. No wonder he doesnt wanna go back in front of the CSAC...they will bury him.

What's even more laughable is Margarito going to Nevada to appeal when it was California who suspended his license, that's like committing a crime in New York and going to a Jersey court to ask for leniency.

Bull crap, Marg was trying to get over by going to another state. He claims is not going to fight in Cali again, bc he knows he will never get a license there when he is trying to sue them.
