I was screeming Jab jab jab but I think he was trained wrong for the fight. Buboy is not a Great trainer. They didnt make adjustment in the 2nd rd. Abe hurt Juanma, Juanma's lucky it was at the end of the rd.

If Bernabe cant get Roach back, I;ll be glad to step in as the Trainer for BC. We'll beat Juanma in the rematch!! Abe's only 22, in three years he'll be back on top.

man, montiel fought hasegawa in his hometown....i doubt montiel would mind fighting nonito even in pi.....like you, i would love to see the fight and i got montiel by decision....

Like I said yesterday, Concepcion needed a miracle to upset Lopez. As a consolation, he did put Lopez down, unfortunately time was not on his side. It would be very interesting if there was time to finish off Lopez and how Lopez would react coz by the looks of it, he was kind of really hurt based on his facial expression and body language. No shame for Concepcion, he lost to a great champion. He showed his heart.

As for Donaire, it was surely not his best performance. He tried to experiment something (fighting southpaw stance) and get more rounds coz he really needed those because long unactivity. Like Lopez, IHMO, Donaire is also a great champ. It would be nice if Montiel answers Donaire's call. That is a fight long overdue. A real challenge will bring out the best in Donaire.

Haven't seen the Sonsona vs Oquendo fight, hope someone could give me a link. Heard it was a great fight.

Just watched the fight, mad respect for Marquez. A lot smaller but massive heart, Donaire is a quality operator too

Donaire wouldn't land uppercuts like that against Montiel or any other top fighter because they don't lead with their chins like that guy did. Not impressed at all. Donaire got hit with the majority of punches Marquez threw and the weight difference was a factor of why Nonito never got stunned. Top Rank needs to quit protecting this dude. And to add insult to the injury, he's ranked #4 P4P and Montiel and Mares have done more. I had Mares beat Perez who's a way better fighter than Darch.

Top Rank needs to match Donaire up with the higher weight class. I don't think it's Donaire. Bob Arum is screwing this dude up by not making him move to the upper weigth class. What a waste fo talent.
